Kale Chips

Kids LOVE kale chips. This snack makes a great alternative for popcorn.
Ingredients
2 bunches of kale
1 teaspoon of salt
1-2 teaspoons of fresh cracked pepper
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
A pizza stone or stone baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250◦
Remove large veins from kale leaves and tear into palm sized pieces. Toss kale with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread out pieces onto a cookie sheet in single layer.
Roast kale for 45-60 minutes until crispy.
