Lemon Viniagrette
The easy go-to dressing that goes great over everything. Add any kind of modifier to change it up (crushed garlic, anchovy, hot sauce, mayo, tomato paste, miso, etc)
Ingredients
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of dijon or whole grain mustard
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Or whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Notes
Boost it:
by adding 1-2 cloves of crushed and minced garlic
Transform it: by adding a dash of white wine vinegar and a 2 teaspoons of anchovy paste.
