Roasted Asparagus

 

Ingredients

  • 1-2lbs of asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400◦

  2. Trim asparagus of white, woody bottoms and arrange on a single layer onto a cookie sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and immediately toss with butter or olive oil, and salt and pepper.

  4. Garnish with fresh lemon juice and wedges.
