Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
1-2lbs of asparagus
1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400◦
Trim asparagus of white, woody bottoms and arrange on a single layer onto a cookie sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately toss with butter or olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh lemon juice and wedges.
