Tomatillo Salsa
Fast and easy. Use as a dressing, a sauce for chicken or fish, or a salsa.
Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 tomatillo, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 can diced green chilies
Fresh lemon or lime juice to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend to a puree. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions to serve.
Notes
Try blending in half an avocado to make a creamier dressing, or folding in a whole, cubed avocado to make a chunkier salsa.
