Here’s a Glimpse of My Program and Order of Business
If you are looking for someone to help you be better at counting calories, counting macros, or weighing your food, that’s not me. I want to free you from that, not keep you there. I will not try to sell you weight loss products or diet protocols either. Fear of food is a thing of the past. If this is something you require at this stage in your healing, I will be happy to refer to you someone who focuses on this in mindful way.
We start with a detailed health history and assessment that will establish where the priorities and the starting block is. This is my Nutri-Q package. You can opt to start with this only. If we’re doing a longer program together the Nutri-Q is built into all of my programs.
A great deal of information is provided in the Nutri-Q part one and part 2. Part one is understanding where you are, and part two is a superior education is optimizing your digestion…..and yes everyone needs to optimize their digestion. Everything you do following these eye opening sessions will work better when you understand it through the lens of digestive health.
We will meet every weeks, regardless of the program you choose. This is food education modernized and free of fear. If you are going through the 12 session program, the first half covers labels (both food and supplement labels), to sugar handling, protein, fat, carbohydrate.
We are discussing how to select, prepare, and integrate these foods foods into your life. You are understanding them from a new perspective, how to prepare them with as much nutritional integrity as possible, and how to organize new foods and preparation methods as it applies to functional meal planning. The goal is sustain these practices, not just learn about them.
This is essentially all of the conflicting messages from internet searches, condensed and simplified into functional food practices that are right for you.
We also are discussing and learning about lifestyle practices that team up with your health goals. I have so many excellent hacks to share, but the ones we lean into are going to be the ones that are right for you. This is based on personal preference, what you require, and what you are able to sustain after I am out of the picture.
All of our time together is focused on giving you tools meant to bring you to your next upgrade. If you struggle with diabetic conditions, the content I share is geared towards this. If your goal is better sleep and cultivate better mental performance, the content shifts to this focus.
