I work virtually with all of my clients. It begins with a simple email. We will book a discovery session that happens over the phone to learn more about each other and to get your questions answered.
Client sessions happen via Zoom or may continue over the phone. Calls are scheduled at a time that works best for both of us. Forms, payment, and supplemental handouts are all shared through email.
Food education is an understated necessity. We eat every day and yet so many struggle here, never realizing there are experts trained in this field. We aren’t taught this essential life skill until we take it upon ourselves to learn it.
